I wanted to take a minute to thank you for your excellent service recently provided during the purchase of our 2011 Yukon XL SLT.

After searching on line for months and looking at a number of different vehicles,  we opted to take the 350 km drive to Royal Chevrolet to see the Yukon that you had advertised online.  After being misled by other salesmen at other dealerships that the "vehicle was definitely on the lot" or "was in great condition" (only to find out that neither was the case),  I was very pleased to actually find a fantastic SUV at a competitive price.  What particularly impressed me was the effort that you put in on short notice to get the Yukon back to the showroom from the dealership owner who had it out of town at the time.

We arrived near the end of the day on a Saturday, and despite the fact that you were likely anxious to see your family you were still very accommodating to us ? taking us for a long test run and arranging a great value for our trade-in.  Further to that, what made the deal especially appealing was your service provided to deliver the vehicle to North Bay a few days later at no charge.  You followed that up by making a few satisfaction calls to ensure that I was pleased with the vehicle and if I had any questions on the accessories? that's great customer service!  To top it off, I also saved over $3,500 by buying from you instead of the identical vehicle at the local Chev dealership and I can say that it was well worth the trip. 

I will definitely be calling you the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.  Your enthusiasm and demeanor made the normally stressful task of buying a vehicle a pleasant one... you've certainly changed my opinion of the stereotypical "used car salesmen"!.

My husband and I were passing through Orangeville, en route to Lake Eugenia last Friday, December 30, 2011.  We noticed the check engine light on and were directed to your dealership.  We pulled into the work area and were greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff.  Our car was seen right away, we were kept up to date of the progress.  We were seated in a comfortable waiting area and were quickly on our way.  The problem was explained and we were very satisfied with the service.  Too often we only hear of the problems in business.  We wanted you to know how much we appreciated the service we received at your dealership.

We pass through your area 3 or 4 times a year on our way to visit friends in Flesherton, it is wonderful to know there is a reputable, efficient and courteous dealership along the way.
